For the Salone del Mobile, major designers, including Daniel Libeskind, the Campana Brothers and Arik Levy, continued their collaboration with LASVIT reinterpreting their past collections, focusing on the theme art de la table with extraordinary glass objects and tableware. INTERGALACTIC DYNAMIC SCULPTURE BY PETRA KRAUSOVA AND LIBOR SOSTAK

This dynamic glass sculpture is made of bright green uranium glass, pulsing with changing light like an asteroid entering the atmosphere. Its spherical black metal base is covered with more than 1500 hand-blown glass elements, individually lit with LED lights.

THE TAC/TILE COLLECTION BY ANDRE? FU LIVING A NEW LIGHTING COLLECTIVE FOR THE HOME

With the notion to celebrate glass for its tactility as a basis for the collection, Fu drew inspirations from traditional Chinese tiled roofs, as well as the triangular form of the distinctive Flatiron Building.

The Candy collection builds on the colorful universe of the Campana Brothers’ Sushi series, but explores and expresses it through glass, a material that has fascinated them since childhood. They found inspiration for this collection in the colorful candies sold in popular markets in Brazil.

Crystal Rock‘s LED source highlights the artistic glassmaking process and advanced gluing techniques, gleaming on its inner curved surfaces and de?ning form on cut facets.
