Milan 2016- some top picks

We didn’t make it to Milan this year- boooo! But that doesn’t mean we couldn’t follow the blogs and the social media obsessively to pick out some of our favourite bits. Here are a few below.

arper

Arper pieces are always going to look fabulous, no matter what they show- their furniture is so perfectly made in mind for modern living. arper

This year the brand focussed on theessentials for living, with concept by creative directors Lievore Altherr Molina from Barcelona, booth design by 2×4 and styling by Studio B?a?kker from Amsterdam. When you see row after row of standard shell schemes, we really like how they displayed their pieces.

casaCasa International seem to have fun with the piecs they brought to the show. The brand’s second ever collection designed by Mauro Lipparini included new ideas like the above Occasional tables.

foscarini

We are obsessed with the colours and the shapes that appeared on Foscarini’s stand in Spazio Brera. A real nod to the resurgence of the Memphis Group and also triangles- which are bloody everywhere.

foscarini

Designer/ architect Ferruccio Laviani played with scale in a Alice in Wonderland-like installation of Foscarini lamps and their giant versions.
