No. 1 Freedom Of Creation’s Electric Tigerland Shoe campaign for Onitsuka Tiger, a marvelous application of Rapid Manufacturing for the advertising industry. This shoe was 3D Printed and customized to fit each of the Onitsuka Tiger retail locations.

1 Screamadelica.
Everything about Screamadelica is class – the production (andy wetherall, the orb), the iconic cover, the songwriting, even the way the type is set on the sleeve.
It’s a dance album made by an indie band that feels like a journey with more soul than the Tamla Mowtown back catalogue.

1) Nike ID – “Excuse me! Do you have this shoe but with a white base, pink tip, yellow underlay and an orange Swoosh?” “Sorry we only have it in black”. Gone are the days of settling for off the shelf trainer colours. Its all about customisation and having a great digital platform to do it from.

No 1 – Valentine type writer -> I think it is a clear example of a design in which shape has its origin in functionality. By making the correct bold choices it results in a great design that is still up to date, except for the fact that it is a typewriter.

1 – it was between this and the New JosephJoseph adjustable rolling pin, but this has it: It’s the Muji PP Ballpoint Pen & Propelling Pencil this is quite a personal choice but I love it and it means I only need 1 pen in my handbag which clips neatly onto my moleskin!
