Rebel Kitchens

Diesel may not be the first fashion brand to branch out to home wares, but they have not been coy in their adventure into kitchens in collaboration with fellow Italian brand, Scavolini.

The Social Kitchen range exhibits the aesthetic and philosophy of Diesel: selling a ‘lifestyle’ for its buyers, described by Renzo Rossi, the chairman and founder of Diesel as: “rebel, pioneer, unique”.

The range is made from wood, cement, steel and glass, and it is easy to imagine a group of denim-clad young things collected around the industrial looking kitchen island.

Social Kitchen was first launched as a part of Diesel’s Successful Living Range at Milan Design Week in 2012.
