One of the great success stories of 100% Design this year has been the individual Hubs for
Interiors, Eco Design & Build , Office and Kitchens & Bathrooms the idea behind this was to allow people to network , socialise hold talks and Launch events all targeted to their specific sectors.
Every HUB has its own distinct feel which.

Aberrant Architecture designed the kitten and bathroom HUB the supper box facade was an inhabitable landscape and its interior is a kitchen laboratory with daily food artists , theatrical performers providing live content plus a great place for a coffee and a chat.
The Office hub is based on a giant ribbon that morphs into two large ‘waves’ turning it into a visible landmark at the centre of the office quadrant. Again this space has been used as an open auditorium and also as a place for networking and doing business.
The interiors Hub is home to the YO! Home . Launched at 100% Design this year this prototype room of 800square feet (80m), It has 11 rooms in one.

And finally we have the Thomas Matthews designed the Eco, Design & Build hub experience sponsored by Velux.
The experience is inspired by: digital networks, the adaptability of nature, and efficient use of materials. By creating structures that have a use after the show, and showcasing products with eco-credentials, TM have created a practical and engaging hub. The features include transformative dividing walls that are multiform, and re-useable; furniture that encourages community building; and innovative materials and products that intrigue
Not only is this a great place to meet and network but it has and is where the Eco Design and Build Seminar programme has been hosted more details here: www.100percentdesign.co.uk/
